Woodmont Country Club Rules    (Click here for PDF Version)
1.

Members share with the Board the responsibility for maintaining, protecting, and keeping Club property in order. Those who use Club property must clean up after themselves, their guests, and their pets.

2.

Use of Club property and facilities is limited to current members and their guests. Guests are defined as persons residing outside the Club boundaries who are visiting members at their Woodmont homes. Their member hosts when using Club property in any way must accompany guests. Do not give out gate codes to non-members.

3.

Members are limited to one small boat per household at the plaza as space permits. The Board may at each Annual Meeting designate spaces and allocate boat storage via a lottery drawing among current members. Each boat must be clearly marked as to the owner.

4.

Fires are not to be left unattended and must be completely extinguished. Only clean wood should be burned - no beach wood, drift wood, or old building lumber that may be treated with chemicals. Do not burn toxic items such as Styrofoam, plastics, or garbage. There is to be no burning on Club property on days when a county or city ban is in effect due to air pollution or other adverse conditions.

5.

Fireworks are prohibited on Club property at all times.

6.

Garbage, yard trimmings, and other refuse are not to be dumped on the beach or on any Club property including the plaza fire pit.

7.

Dogs must be leashed; dog waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.

8. Plaza area parking is to support events at the plaza and care should be taken to avoid encumbering mailboxes, adjacent driveways, fire hydrants, the boat ramp, and emergency accessibility.
9.

The footpaths are to be used for pedestrian traffic only.

10.

The Club shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for swimming, boating, or any other activity by either Club members or non-members using Club property.

11. Police will be called when non-members trespass on Club property
12.

Club members who are parents of minors and whose children are engaging in illegal acts at the beach, such as drinking, will be notified of the first offense. The police will be called thereafter.
