Country Club Rules

| 1. |
Members
share with the Board the responsibility for maintaining,
protecting, and keeping Club property in order. Those
who use Club property must clean up after themselves,
their guests, and their pets.

Use of Club property and facilities is limited to current
members and their guests. Guests are defined as persons
residing outside the Club boundaries who are visiting
members at their Woodmont homes. Their member hosts
when using Club property in any way must accompany guests.
Do not give out gate codes to non-members.

Members are limited to one small boat per household
at the plaza as space permits. The Board may at each
Annual Meeting designate spaces and allocate boat storage
via a lottery drawing among current members. Each boat
must be clearly marked as to the owner.

| 4. |
Fires are not to be left unattended and must be completely
extinguished. Only clean wood should be burned - no
beach wood, drift wood, or old building lumber that
may be treated with chemicals. Do not burn toxic items
such as Styrofoam, plastics, or garbage. There is to
be no burning on Club property on days when a county
or city ban is in effect due to air pollution or other
adverse conditions.

Fireworks are prohibited on Club property at all times.

Garbage, yard trimmings, and other refuse are not to
be dumped on the beach or on any Club property including
the plaza fire pit.

| 7. |
Dogs must be leashed; dog waste must be picked up and
disposed of properly.
|
| 8. |
Plaza
area parking is to support events at the plaza and care
should be taken to avoid encumbering mailboxes, adjacent
driveways, fire hydrants, the boat ramp, and emergency
accessibility. |

The footpaths are to be used for pedestrian traffic
only.

| 10. |
The Club shall in no way be held responsible or accountable
for swimming, boating, or any other activity by either
Club members or non-members using Club property.

Police
will be called when non-members trespass on Club property |
| 12. |
Club members who are parents of minors and whose children
are engaging in illegal acts at the beach, such as drinking,
will be notified of the first offense. The police will
be called thereafter.
