About the Community

The Woodmont Country Club is a non-profit organization. It is vested with the authority for management of the Cove property for the enjoyment of all Lot A owners. A board of twelve Trustees of the Community Club manages the Cove property. Trustees are elected each year for a three-year term of office.  It is vested with the authority for management blah blah.
